Warsztaty dla młodzieży w SCAL „Kierunek sukces – Klub Młodego Lidera Biznesu”

Spotkania Klubu Młodego Lidera Biznesu rozpoczęły się w czerwcu 2024 r. i potrwają do końca września 2024 r. W dużej mierze Młodzi Liderzy to uczestnicy poprzedniego projektu edukacyjno - biznesowego zrealizowanego przez SCAL pn. „Akademia Przedsiębiorczości”. Młodzież była tak bardzo zaangażowana w ten projekt, że SCAL de facto odpowiedział na ich potrzeby pozyskując kolejne środki finansowe od Fundacji Empiria i Wiedza w programie „Kierunek sukces”. Nasi Młodzi Liderzy spotykają się cyklicznie w sali warsztatowo – komputerowej SCAL w Miejskiej Bibliotece Publicznej w Stalowej Woli przy ul. Popiełuszki 10, gdzie edukują się, ale też spędzają czas wolny i integrują. Mają tu doskonałe warunki, gdyż sala wyposażona jest w stacjonarne stanowiska komputerowe oraz laptopy, jest też część konferencyjna z monitorem interaktywnym, roll-upy, rzutnik z ekranem, a cała sala jest zorganizowana w sposób mobilny, co pozwala elastycznie dostosowywać ją do potrzeb grupy. Młodzież ma również możliwość skorzystania z mini cateringu oraz materiałów warsztatowych, a w przerwach zrelaksować się na pufach lub grając w bilard czy piłkarzyki. Spotkania są prowadzone w konwencji pracy warsztatowej w grupach, dyskusji kierowanej, case study, burzy mózgów, konkursów/grywalizacji, a wszystko w celu pobudzenia kreatywności klubowiczów. W ramach pracy z liderami nasza trenerka biznesu Pani Dorota Konieczna-Herdzik zaplanowała spotkania networkingowe z przedstawicielami sektora biznesu oraz wizyty studyjne. Ideą Klubu Młodego Lidera Biznesu jest traktowanie uczestników jak partnerów do dyskusji, dopasowywanie elastycznie tematyki spotkań do ich potrzeb, ale przede wszystkim stworzenie przestrzeni do rozwoju osobistego i zawodowego, a indywidualne sesje mentoringowe są do tego doskonałą okazją. Młodzi rozwojowi ludzie są przyszłością, a umiejętność samodzielnego myślenia, wyciągania wniosków i podejmowanie skutecznych decyzji to karta przetargowa w biznesie i droga do sukcesu. 
 
Celem projektu jest edukacja związana z podnoszeniem wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji młodzieży w zakresie edukacji finansowej i ekonomicznej. 
 
Parterem merytorycznym jest Regionalna Izba Gospodarcza w Stalowej Woli. 
 
Zakres tematyczny projektu „Kierunek sukces – Klub Młodego Lidera Biznesu”:  

1. Warsztaty: „Kim jest Lider”.
2. Warsztaty: „Rozwój kompetencji liderskich”.
3. Indywidualne sesje mentoringowe ukierunkowane na wzmocnienie świadomości swoich wrodzonych potencjałów, zdolności, kompetencji.
4. Doradztwo biznesowe tj. warsztaty o tematyce odnoszącej się do rozwoju kompetencji z zakresu biznesu oraz planowania/prowadzenia własnego biznesu. Przykładowe tematy w zakresie doradztwa biznesowego: 
   • Dla kogo jest własny biznes oraz kilkanaście błędnych przekonań na temat budowania biznesu. 
   • Plan biznesu - od burzy mózgów, po ocenę potencjału i ryzyka.
   • Pieniądze na start - finansowanie swojego pierwszego biznesu, potrzebne zasoby. Ile pieniędzy potrzebujesz i skąd je pozyskać?
   • Pierwsi klienci Twojej firmy - łatwe i szybkie do wdrożenia strategie pozyskiwania pierwszych klientów.
   • Zarządzanie czasem i firmą - konkretne narzędzia i strategie, które wspomagają zarządzanie sobą i swoją firmą, uczą produktywności oraz organizowania swojej pracy w taki sposób, aby zwiększać swoje zyski przy jednoczesnym powiększaniu czasu wolnego.
   • Złote zasady biznesu, czyli podstawy wiedzy biznesowej, które powinien znać każdy przyszły przedsiębiorca! Poznaj je, aby prowadzić biznes w taki sposób, aby nie generował on dodatkowych zmartwień i stresów.
   • Umiejętności miękkie - przedsiębiorczość to nie tylko umiejętności biznesowe, ale także rozwój osobisty.
   • Pierwszy pracownik - jak znaleźć pracownika, skutecznie wdrożyć go i delegować mu zadania, jak zrobić to w pełni legalnie i korzystnie podatkowo, czego unikać podczas rekrutacji, a także gdzie szukać najlepszych ludzi oraz na podstawie jakich kryteriów ich zatrudniać. 
5. Spotkania edukacyjne – cykliczne spotkania w ramach, których młodzi liderzy mogą nabywać wiedzę praktyczną na spotkaniach z przedsiębiorcami oraz przedstawicielami IOB, a także podczas wizyt studyjnych w wybranych branżach. Przykładowe tematy spotkań edukacyjnych: 
   
   • Jak założyć firmę krok po kroku i jaką formę wybrać, dwie najpopularniejsze formy prowadzenia działalności w Polsce. 
   • Przydatne narzędzia - lista narzędzi, które przydadzą się przy rozwijaniu Twojego pierwszego biznesu! 
   • Jak sprzedać usługi/produkty bez zakładania firmy? Jak bezpiecznie i legalnie przetestować swoje pomysły – nawet bez rejestrowania firmy! 
   • Personal Branding - jak krok po kroku zbudować swoją markę osobistą, kluczowe zasady i działania, które musisz wykonać, jeśli chcesz stworzyć silny i rozpoznawalny wizerunek w Internecie.

Projekt dofinasowany przez Fundacje Empiria i Wiedza w programie “ Kierunek sukces” - II Edycja 

Meetings of the Young Business Leader Club began in June 2024 and will continue until the end of September 2024. To a large extent, the Young Leaders are participants of a previous educational and business project implemented by SCAL titled. "Entrepreneurship Academy." The young people were so involved in this project that SCAL de facto responded to their needs by obtaining further funding from the Empiria and Knowledge Foundation in the "Direction of Success" program. Our Young Leaders meet periodically in the SCAL workshop and computer room at the Municipal Public Library in Stalowa Wola, 10 Popiełuszki Street, where they educate themselves, but also spend their free time and integrate. They have excellent conditions here, as the room is equipped with stationary computer workstations and laptops, there is also a conference area with an interactive monitor, roll-ups, an overhead projector with screen, and the whole room is organized in a mobile way, which allows for flexible adaptation to the needs of the group. Young people also have the opportunity to use mini catering and workshop materials, and during breaks relax on the poufs or by playing billiards or foosball. Meetings are conducted in the convention of workshop work in groups, guided discussion, case studies, brainstorming, competitions/games, all with the aim of stimulating club members' creativity. As part of her work with leaders, our business coach Ms. Dorota Konieczna-Herdzik planned networking meetings with representatives of the business sector and study visits. The idea of the Young Business Leader's Club is to treat participants as discussion partners, flexibly adjusting the subject matter of the meetings to their needs, but above all to create space for personal and professional development, and individual mentoring sessions are an excellent opportunity for this. Young developmental people are the future, and the ability to think independently, draw conclusions and make effective decisions is a bargaining chip in business and the path to success. 

The aim of the project is education related to improving the knowledge, skills and competencies of young people in financial and economic education. 
 
The content partner is the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Stalowa Wola. 

Scope of the project "Direction of Success - Young Business Leader Club":  

1. Workshops: "Who is a Leader".
2. Workshop: "Development of leadership competencies".
3. Individual mentoring sessions aimed at strengthening awareness of one's innate potentials, abilities, competencies.
4. Business counseling, i.e. workshops on topics related to the development of business competencies and planning/running one's own business. Examples of topics in business counseling: 
   
   • Who own business is for and a dozen misconceptions about building a business. 
   • Business plan - from brainstorming to assessing potential and risks.
   • Money to start - financing your first business, the resources you need. How much money do you need and where to get it from?
   • First customers for your business - easy and quick-to-implement strategies for getting your first customers.
   • Time and business management - specific tools and strategies to help you manage yourself and your business, teach you to be productive and organize your work in a way that increases your profits while increasing your free time.
   • The golden rules of business, or the basics of business knowledge that every future entrepreneur should know! Learn them in order to run your business in such a way that it does not generate additional worries and stress.
   • Soft skills - entrepreneurship is not only business skills, but also personal development.
   • First employee - how to find an employee, effectively implement him and delegate tasks to him, how to do it in a fully legal and tax-advantaged way, what to avoid when recruiting, as well as where to look for the best people and based on what criteria to hire them. 
5. Educational meetings - cyclical meetings within the framework of which young leaders can acquire practical knowledge at meetings with entrepreneurs and representatives of the BEI, as well as during study visits to selected industries. Sample topics of educational meetings:
   • How to start a business step by step and what form to choose, the two most popular forms of business in Poland.
   • Useful tools - a list of tools that will come in handy when developing your first business!
   • How to sell services/products without setting up a business? How to safely and legally test your ideas - even without registering a company!
   • Personal Branding - how to build your personal brand step by step, key principles and actions you need to perform if you want to create a strong and recognizable image on the Internet.
